Uniformation is the OPCO of the mutualist sector, supporting those who are committed to supporting people at every stage of their lives: a day-to-day economy responding to societal needs. In line with their highly inclusive vision, Uniformation has developed 5 training courses on 5 different themes, with the aim of improving the skills of its employees. We were able to work with them on the theme of "New working methods".
The aim of our training course, "Getting to grips with new working methods: collaborative and agile methods", was to introduce employees to the new challenges they face. The aim was to help participants understand and apply collaborative and agile methods, so that they can respond effectively to complex issues. To achieve this, we combined a number of learning methods, including theory and practice, as well as the use of different media (text, film extracts, case studies, workshops, role-playing situations, etc.).
The training was organized around 7 different modules, each comprising several chapters. The modules covered the following topics: introduction to the course, the ability to switch to agility, solving complex problems using the Design Thinking method, taking stock of employee maturity, implementing a collaborative work methodology, improving communication, conclusion and commitment.
