A training organization since 2008,
Inéa Conseil became a certification body in 2017.
We certify our participants and those of our partner organizations on numerous transversal competencies registered with the CP-FFP and/or France Compétences (the latter allowing for coverage via the CPF).
More than 1,000 participants have been certified in areas such as management, corporate sales, and boutique sales since 2018.
Key account sales
This certification is internal to Inéa Conseil.
The "Key Account Sales" certification is a response to the growing complexity of multi-interlocutor sales, requiring a specific process to complement BtoB sales skills. Its aim is to enable sales staff to validate the specific management aspects of key account sales (multi-contact sales, customized offers, etc.).
It is aimed at salespeople wishing to move into key account sales, or key account managers wishing to professionalize their approach. A minimum of two years' experience in BtoB sales is required.
B2B Sales
This certification is registered with France Compétences.
This certification is intended for people in non-sales roles (consultants, experts, engineers, etc.) who are responsible for
selling their own offers and solutions to prospects and customers.
2 years' professional experience required.
This certification is registered with France Compétences and is eligible for CPF.

Successful strategic decision-making in an organization
This certification is currently being registered with France Compétences.
The certification is aimed at professionals in managerial positions faced with strategic decisions that could have an impact on the organization. It enables these newly acquired skills to be recognized, and reinforces the manager's ability to make strategic rather than tactical decisions.
As long as decision-making is tactical and without risk to the organization, professionals act without needing to rely on a specific approach and skills, but making the right decisions is becoming more essential than ever because of the risks and impacts, particularly financial, that could arise in the event of a mistake.
Prerequisites :
- At least 1 year's professional experience in a managerial role.
- Be confronted with a professional evolution in which responsibilities increase in relation to the level of decision-making.
Recruiting and integrating employees (CP-FFP)
This certification is registered with the CP-FFP and with France compétences.
This certification is a response to the difficulty of recruiting today and retaining increasingly demanding employees. Its aim is to enable you to acquire the skills required for the entire recruitment process: from defining the skills required, drafting the offer and the various recruitment channels, to the selection interview and integration of the employee. It is aimed at managers and operational staff who have to recruit and integrate employees as part of their duties.
This certification is registered with France Compétences and is eligible for CPF.

Mobilize your teams to protect against cybersecurity risks
This certification is in the process of being registered with France compétences.
It validates management skills in terms of vigilance (prevention) and reaction in the event of proven acts of cyber malice: identify, classify sensitive data and implement measures to protect them, ensure compliance of uses for personal data (RGPD), understand the strategies used by cyber criminals to organize the organization's defense systems, identify human vulnerabilities or those related to digital processes that can be used by cyber criminals, develop solutions to preserve business continuity and minimize the impacts of cyber malicious acts, develop individual and collective capabilities to react, and mobilize the team in case of a suspected or proven cyber attack. It is particularly adapted to operational managers, responsible for a department.

Performance management in a changing environment
This certification is registered with France Compétences.
The certification is aimed at professionals (technicians, supervisors, etc.) who need to acquire skills that complement their activities, enabling them to take on a managerial role with a dedicated team.
This certification brings additional skills to business professionals in terms of organizing team members, implementing agile work methods, leading meetings and interviews, and managing conflicts and difficult situations in a context of constant change.

Managing incivilities in a professional environment
This certification is currently being registered with France Compétences.
The certification is aimed at professionals in private or public organizations who, in the course of their duties, are in direct contact with customers or the public, and need to acquire new skills to manage incivilities that can lead to difficult, conflictual or even violent situations.
These skills are therefore essential for people working in professional environments where incivilities can occur, and who need to be able to prevent, manage and resolve these situations effectively to maintain a healthy and productive working environment. These skills are all the more essential as they contribute to maintaining a strong image of the organization in the management of its relationship with its public.
Develop in-store relationships and sales with digital
This certification is registered with France Compétences.
This certification is a response to the challenges posed by the transformation of the sales profession, particularly with regard to digitalization. It validates the skills required to welcome and sell in a sales environment: welcoming and advising customers, adopting the right posture and promoting a good customer experience. It also includes skills linked to communication on social networks and selling using digital tools, which are becoming important skills in an era of competition from online retailers and influencer marketing on social networks.
The certification is aimed at sales staff working in a sales environment (boutique, specialized shopping center, etc.) who wish to complement their reception and sales skills with a digital dimension to support the digitization of activities (distance selling, digital media, role of digital ambassador, etc.).
