We certify our participants and those of our partner organizations on numerous transversal competencies registered with the CP-FFP and/or France Compétences (the latter allowing for coverage via the CPF).

Key Account Sales
This certification is registered with the CP-FFP.
The "Key Account Sales (CP-FFP)" certification responds to the challenges of the increasing complexity of multi-contact sales, requiring a specific process that complements BtoB sales skills. The objective is to enable sales representatives to validate the specificities of key account sales management (multi-interlocutor sales, tailor-made offers, etc.) and to master the digital transition in the key account sales profession.
It is intended for sales representatives wishing to move into key account sales or for key account managers wishing to professionalize their approach.

This certification is registered with the CP-FFP and with France compétences.
This certification validates commercial and negotiation skills in the context of sales to companies: prospecting for new customers, sales talks, organizing one's commercial activity, and selling to major accounts. It is particularly adapted to people who have a non-sales function in a company and who are required to participate in sales development activities (consultants, experts, engineers, etc.).
This certification is registered with France Compétences and is eligible for CPF.

Efficient reception and customer relations techniques
This certification is registered with the CP-FFP.
This certification responds to the challenges of increasing competence in reception and customer relationship management, particularly in the context of the organization of large events. It validates the fundamental skills of reception in a place open to the public or at a distance, adapting to the personality and culture of the person you are dealing with to offer the best customer experience, and managing conflicts and difficult customer situations. It is intended for anyone who has or wishes to have a reception and customer relations function (events, hotels, restaurants, transport, shops, etc.)
Successful recruitment and integration of employees
This certification is registered with the CP-FFP.
The objective of this course is to enable you to acquire the fundamentals of recruitment: selection of recruitment criteria, writing and publication of the advertisement, use of various recruitment channels, preparation of the interview, evaluation of the candidate, ability to convince the candidate to join you, follow-up of the process and integration of your employee. It is intended for managers and HR professionals with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Mobilize your teams to protect against cybersecurity risks
This certification is in the process of being registered with France compétences.
It validates management skills in terms of vigilance (prevention) and reaction in the event of proven acts of cyber malice: identify, classify sensitive data and implement measures to protect them, ensure compliance of uses for personal data (RGPD), understand the strategies used by cyber criminals to organize the organization's defense systems, identify human vulnerabilities or those related to digital processes that can be used by cyber criminals, develop solutions to preserve business continuity and minimize the impacts of cyber malicious acts, develop individual and collective capabilities to react, and mobilize the team in case of a suspected or proven cyber attack. It is particularly adapted to operational managers, responsible for a department.
