Target audience and prerequisites: this certification course is aimed at professionals (technicians, supervisors, etc.) needing to acquire skills that complement their activities, enabling them to take on a managerial role with a team.

In compliance with the examination regulations, any candidate may contact the certifier's disability advisor to adapt the assessment procedures and obtain the assistance of a third party during the assessment. The materials and equipment required to carry out the assessments may be adapted. As far as possible, the certification engineer undertakes to develop inclusive assessment methods that enable the format to be adapted.
C1. Define the objectives and missions of team members, taking into account the skills, abilities and particular situations of each member of staff (disabilities, availability, skills, etc.), in order to set a framework and optimize the distribution of activities.

Conducts individual interviews with employees, taking care to adapt his/her posture according to the type of interview (refocusing interview, motivational interview, feedback interview) and the personality of each person, in order to support them in their professional development and the achievement of their objectives.
C5. Manage difficult or conflictual situations within the team, demonstrating active listening and benevolence, and involving stakeholders in resolving difficulties encountered, in order to maintain a climate favorable to commitment.
C6. Manage the team's activities, using performance indicators and formalized work processes to ensure that objectives are met, with a view to continuously improving practices.
