Target audience and prerequisites

This certification course is aimed at professionals (technicians, supervisors, etc.) needing to acquire skills complementary to their activity, enabling them to take on a managerial role with a dedicated team, and with at least 2 years' professional experience.

The course is open to all. The disability advisor can help you adapt the course to your needs.

Assessment methods

The assessment, which focuses on managing team performance in a context of constant change, consists of a written report and a recorded work situation. Candidates are asked to present a management situation in a work context or one that is close to their professional reality. In a written report, the candidate is asked to explain the organization of the work of team members, including disabled employees, and to justify the conditions for successful collaborative meetings and individual interviews. The candidate will have to justify the managerial style he/she will have to adopt according to the different situations experienced or different personalities present in the group. Candidates will be asked about their approach to managing conflict and difficult situations encountered (or imagined) as a result of the impact of change. Finally, candidates are asked to describe the means they have put in place, or intend to put in place, to capitalize on their experiences.

For participants with disabilities :

In compliance with the examination regulations, any candidate may contact the certifier's disability advisor to adapt the assessment procedures and obtain the assistance of a third party during the assessment. The materials and equipment required to carry out the assessments may be adapted. As far as possible, the certification engineer undertakes to develop inclusive assessment methods that enable the format to be adapted.

This training leads to a certification registered in the Répertoire Spécifique (RS6910) by our organization on 28/11/2024, with an expiry date of 28/11/2026, which validates your management skills in a context of change, particularly digital transition.
