Assessment methods

Beginner manager training includes a pre- and post-training self-assessment and a training follow-up certificate. At the end of this distance learning or face-to-face course, you will receive a certificate of completion. It can also lead to state-recognized certification: "Performance management in a context of change". For certification courses, there are three tests with role-plays, a report and a quiz.
